Join Yoga Elements on a rejuvenating weekend, where they will create the perfect space of tranquility, enabling you to rest, restore and focus purely on your wellbeing.
Taking the time to recharge, we will explore the many tools of Yoga, including Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Dhyana (Meditation).
Our invigorating and deeply relaxing retreat will be an open and safe space for all participants who wish to join us, including beginners.
We will be offering optional activities such as mediation walks, journaling and aromatherapy talks. You may also choose to simply rest and restore in the wonderful hotel grounds, enjoy sea swims, stunning views and revitalizing walks in in the peace and stillness of nature.
Joining us will be Angele Plimley (Heart Yoga), Sam Le Compte (Massage), Elaine Le Feuvre (Aroma Kits ), and Grace Galliott (Natural Health Clinic) for some additional treatments/workshops.
